WINEMAKING
The grapes, harvested when perfectly ripe, are placed in crates to dry. After about 30 days, the grapes are pressed and vinified in stainless steel. A part of the wine is aged in oak barrels to enhance the aromas and give structure and complexity to the wine.
TASTING NOTES
Intense red garnet colour. This wine has a refined and clear personality: intense, with red fruit scents. On the palate smooth, elegant and full-bodied.

Recommended with meat dishes, grilled meat, medium and aged cheeses.
