Montresor can boast a long tradition in the making of sparkling wines, which began in 1956 with Recioto Spumante.

Over the years, the technique has been refined, to the point of creating the “Metodo Charmat Lungo Montresor”, that allows Pinot Nero, Chardonnay and Glera grapes to totally express themselves through their aromatic notes, their colours and their intense, charming fragrances, while maintaining a pleasant drinkability and a persistence in bubbles for 24 hours after the bottle is opened. The leitmotiv for all these products remains the elegance and extreme drinkability, while preserving the unique complexities of the various grapes
